AUTISME"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Les<\/strong> <strong>Troubles du Spectre Autistique<\/strong> (troubles du d\u00e9veloppement) sont des troubles neuro-d\u00e9veloppementaux qui se d\u00e9finissent par les 3 principaux caract\u00e8res suivants\u00a0:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2>Troubles des interactions sociales<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Troubles de la communication verbale et non verbale<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Des comportements restreints, st\u00e9r\u00e9otyp\u00e9s et r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ces troubles\u00a0sont cumulatifs et se caract\u00e9risent souvent par des \u00ab\u00a0hypo\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0hyper\u00a0\u00bb <strong>sensibilit\u00e9s sensorielles<\/strong> (ou\u00efe, vue, odorat, toucher, go\u00fbt).<\/h3>\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rentes formes de troubles sont les suivantes\u00a0(selon la Classification Internationale des Maladies CIM-10) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019autisme typique<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019autisme atypique<\/li>\n<li>Le Syndrome de Rett<\/li>\n<li>Les troubles d\u00e9sint\u00e9gratifs<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019hyperactivit\u00e9 associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un retard mental et \u00e0 des mouvements st\u00e9r\u00e9otyp\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Le Syndrome d\u2019Asperger<\/li>\n<li>Les Troubles Envahissants du D\u00e9veloppement non sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Syndromes et maladies associ\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Syndrome de West et de Lennox-Gastaut<\/li>\n<li>Toxoplasmose cong\u00e9nitale<\/li>\n<li>Syndrome de l&rsquo;X-Fragile<\/li>\n<li>Enc\u00e9phalopathie de la rub\u00e9ole cong\u00e9nitale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L\u2019Autisme est un handicap qui ne se voit pas.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Il y autant de personnes\u00a0autistes que d\u2019autismes diff\u00e9rents.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Les causes sont multifactorielles.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1><strong>DIAGNOSTIC<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h3>En principe, il peut \u00eatre fait par n\u2019importe quel m\u00e9decin (g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste, p\u00e9diatre, p\u00e9dopsychiatre etc).<\/h3>\n<h3>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, beaucoup d\u2019examens sont prescrits avant l\u2019\u00e9tablissement du diagnostic\u00a0: bilan ORL, ophtalmologique, Electroenc\u00e9phalogramme, examens sanguins, bilan g\u00e9n\u00e9tique etc.<\/h3>\n<h2>Le diagnostic le plus pr\u00e9cis est donn\u00e9 par le Centre de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence Autisme mais il y a actuellement souvent plusieurs mois \u00e0 plus d\u2019un an d\u2019attente.<\/h2>\n<h2>Plus le diagnostic est pos\u00e9 t\u00f4t, plus on peut\u00a0intervenir pr\u00e9cocement,\u00a0ce qui permet\u00a0d&rsquo;anticiper les difficult\u00e9s pour les corriger et \u00e9viter certaines aggravations des troubles.<\/h2>\n<h3>Plus l\u2019enfant est jeune, plus on peut agir sur la plasticit\u00e9 de son cerveau et de son d\u00e9veloppement.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1><strong>CRA (Centres de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence Autisme)<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h3>Les Centres de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence Autisme sont sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans le syndrome autistique et\u00a0ont pour mission le diagnostic pr\u00e9coce, la recherche, l&rsquo;aide, le soutien, l&rsquo;information, la formation, le conseil, l&rsquo;expertise aupr\u00e8s des familles et des professionnels m\u00e9dicaux sociaux et de sant\u00e9.<\/h3>\n<h3>Liste des CRA sur le lien suivant\u00a0: <a Sant\u00e9)<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h3>Ces recommandations de bonne pratique sont d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur le lien suivant\u00a0:<\/h3>\n<h3><a est recommand\u00e9 de d\u00e9buter une intervention fond\u00e9e sur une approche \u00e9ducative, avant 4 ans et dans les 3 mois qui suivent le diagnostic avec un rythme hebdomadaire d\u2019au moins 20 \u00e0 25 heures par semaine.<\/h3>\n<h3>\u00ab\u00a0Au-del\u00e0 de 4 ans, la mise en place ou la poursuite des interventions s\u2019effectue selon des dispositifs diff\u00e9rents en fonction du profil de d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019enfant \/ adolescent et de la s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 des sympt\u00f4mes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Le retard
